Named after the famous medieval bareback horse race (Il Palio) that culminates a week of food festivals and wine competitions in the ancient city of Asti in Italy’s Piemonte region, Palio D'Asti is a top-rated Italian Restaurant located in San Francisco's Financial District and within walking distance of all major hotels.

Since 1990, Palio the restaurant, like Palio the event, is the place where people come to celebrate and enjoy food made the old way, with traditional techniques, utilizing locally grown organic produce and free range, sustainable agriculture whenever possible.
